Actor Richard Kind of sitcoms “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “Mad About You” and “Spin City” once rented an apartment here before the home, at 144 W. 82nd St., was converted into a single-family manse.


The listing brokers are Jannette Patterson and Alan Berger of Corcoran.



Corcoran broker Nicole Flender, a former Broadway dancer, writer, Tony Award voter and officer of the Actors’ Equity Association, was at the Oscars with her son, Best Actor nominee Timothée Chalamet, nominated for his role in “Call Me By Your Name,” for which he also won Best Male Lead at the Independent Spirit Awards.


He was also in the Oscar-nominated “Lady Bird.”


He is the youngest Best Actor nominee since 1939.
